User Agreement
Please carefully read this user agreement before purchasing a subscription to the "SKAÐI" software and services.
Subscription to use "SKAÐI" software and services
1.1. LLC AUTODEV provides you with a personal subscription to use the software and services that cannot be transferred to third parties and can be used for both personal and commercial purposes.1.2. Some programs and services may require additional subscriptions or payments.Usage limitations:
2.1. You cannot transfer "SKAÐI" software provided by subscription to another device or user.2.2. You cannot use the "SKAÐI" software subscription to violate any laws or third-party rights.2.3. You agree not to hack, bypass, modify, or interfere with the operation of the "SKAÐI" software or services.Updates and Changes
3.1. LLC AUTODEV may provide software or service updates that are necessary to improve functionality or fix bugs.3.2. LLC AUTODEV may modify the software or services at any time, and you must accept these updates to continue using the software or services.3.3. LLC AUTODEV is not obligated to provide you with any additional features or services other than those described at the time of subscribing to the "SKAÐI" software.Termination of Subscription
4.1. If you violate the subscription terms, LLC AUTODEV may terminate your subscription and access to the "SKAÐI" software and services.Disclaimer of Warranties
5.1. Subscription to the "SKAÐI" software and services is provided without any warranties, expressed or implied.5.2. LLC AUTODEV does not warrant that the software or services will meet your requirements or that their operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.Limitation of Liability
6.1. LLC AUTODEV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or other damages arising out of the use or inability to use the "SKAÐI" software or services.6.2. The total liability of LLC AUTODEV for any reason related to the use of "SKAÐI" software and services is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription during the last year.Dispute Resolution
7.1. You agree that any dispute related to this user agreement will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.User Agreement Modification
8.1. LLC AUTODEV may modify this user agreement at any time.8.2. If LLC AUTODEV makes changes to the user agreement, you will be notified of the changes and it will take effect within three days.We hope that this user agreement will help you understand the terms of use for the "SKAÐI" software subscription and services.
